I am so excited to announce something that I’ve been working on for the last 4 months – my 8 Week Beginner’s Yoga Course!
This is truly a labour of love and I can’t believe it’s finally out there in the world. This course represents the struggle and mindset blocks that I went through when I WAS a beginner. I wasn’t a NATURAL at it.

I was obsessed with attaining specific postures and transitions when I started my practice. I raced to look like the others in the yoga classes I attended. It is a circle with no end in sight.

What if I don’t use Facebook?
No worries at all! The weekly coaching calls and Q&A sessions will be recorded and sent in the emails so you won’t miss a thing. The live classes will be hosted on zoom. These will be recorded and saved in the weekly modules.
What’s the time commitment?
This is an 8 week course that requires you to engage for approximately 3 hours a week. You can of course spend more time on the classes and content but I would recommend a time commitment of at least 3 hours weekly!
Will I have lifetime access to the course content?
YES! You can go back to the video tutorials over and over again which increases the value. All live classes and FB coaching calls will be recorded and saved into the weekly modules. You will have access to me via the Facebook group for questions and the live classes for the duration of the 8 weeks too.
