I never used to love my body and I definitely didn’t love exercise. I endlessly beat myself up for the way I looked, what I did and my lack of will power. I was lost.
I thought I had to lose weight and conform to an ideal beauty standard to love my body. If I lost the weight I would be happy.
I thought that exercise had to be uncomfortable and something that I dreaded. If I went to the gym enough times I would be happy.

Every time I introduce people to yoga I get the same questions:

Q: How long are the classes on the membership?
A: The videos range from 10 minutes to over 60 minutes. You can choose what works best for you. Live classes and workshops will be approximately 45 minutes.
Q: With the Monthly Payments is there a minimum join or obligation?
A: NO! You can join the Monthly Membership and cancel if you circumstances change.
Q:Will the LIVE classes be on a set day and time?
A: YES. Live classes will be twice a month for a morning time slot and twice a month for an evening time slot. These times will be decided by December 1st.
Q: How often are new videos added?
A: New videos are added weekly. All live sessions will be recorded and added to the library as well in case you missed out.
Q: What if I have never done yoga or are ‘really bad’ at yoga?
A: That’s TOTALLY fine! Beginners are welcome. All classes are taught with beginners in mind and will have accessible modifications. There are a large range of slower more beginner friendly classes included as well.
Q: I’m not very good at sticking to home practice.
A: This is why we have the Facebook community to help keep you on track and inspired. You’ll get monthly check ins from me. The membership has a points system so those who like you can collect points with each class you complete!
