A LITTLE BACKSTORY...
When you decide to run a business you have ALL KINDS of impostor syndrome thoughts racing through your head. Things like:
‘are you crazy’
‘no one will buy anything from you’
‘you do not know enough about this or anything like it’
‘people are going to laugh at you’I still fight these thoughts but I have learnt, over the last 4 years, that I actually know what the hell I am talking about. Yep, there is always space to learn and improve, but I’ve got a lot to say and teach.
Problem was I didn’t have a website that really highlighted this cohesively. My website was okay. I was super proud of myself for what I had accomplished on Wix but as I started to offer more yoga courses, classes and retreats it all started getting messy. I decided to get a free health check on my website. I felt smug and thought that the tech wizard would tell me how great my website was…this DID NOT happen.
Josh from ByConstant, 10 years my junior, took the time to explain to me why my website wasn’t working. The 13 second load time was the biggest problem, not to mention the lack of functionality. After Josh read my website to filth that would have been the time he would start selling me the steps needed to make it better. He didn’t need to. I knew. I had to spend the time, invest the money and create something that was as good as the yoga and knowledge I was offering.
This was THE MOST money I had spent on my business since I decided to do my Yoga Teacher Training. I DO NOT regret it.

The reason that I teach is because I want you to learn to LOVE YOUR BODY and embrace it as yours. I want my yoga classes, courses and retreats to empower, inspire and connect everyone in a modern and accessible way. Of course having fun while practicing too!
